Tema: Govor mržnje / zločin mržnje

Eksperti međunarodnog prava za oblast ljudskih prava, zajedno sa predstavnicima nevladinog sektora ukazali su na nedostatke vezane za pravni sistem Srbije i njegovu primenu od strane sudova pri kažnjavanju i tumačenju pojma govora mržnje u cilju ostvarenja pune zaštite od zločina mržnje.
